The Guest Cottage

The Guest Cottage is a substantial barn, adjacent to the main house. It was modernised and converted to living accommodation about 10 years ago by the previous owner, who added magnificent oak beams, an oak staircase leading to the first floor bedroom and bathroom and an enormous oak table, which he made for his daughter's wedding reception.

The ground floor is made up of a large open-plan living space, with a sitting area around the fireplace, a dining area, another sitting area with TV (main UK terrestrial channels), and a kitchenette, with sink, gas hob and dishwasher. There is also a fridge/freezer. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom/WC.

The guest cottage is available to rent, with the house, from May until October.
